Clifton is a founding Principal of Mossbridge Capital Partners (MCP). Clifton oversees the operations aspect of MCP’s investments and takes an active role in each venture, which recently include: an international exporting company, commercial and residential real estate properties in the Southeast, acquisition and restructuring of under-performing debt, issuance of loans, and a fast growing medical device Start-up Company. Clifton also performs in-house legal oversight for MCP’s various transactions including corporate entity formation, documenting and closing real estate transactions, documenting and closing operating company acquisitions, corporate governance, loan documentation, deal structure, and business planning. Prior to starting MCP, Clifton practiced corporate and financial services law with a regional law firm that had over 300 attorneys. His prior transactional and business turn-around experience bolsters MCP’s investments focus and asset management. Clifton earned his J.D. from the University Of Alabama School Of Law, and received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi.
Max is a founding Principal of Mossbridge Capital Partners. Max is primarily responsible for the financial and operations side of each of MCP’s investments. Max began his career in commercial real estate with Cushman & Wakefield in Washington, DC, working on both the investment and brokerage side of the business. After leaving DC, Max joined IPC Capital Partners, a boutique investment firm located in Mobile, AL. Max earned his M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Vanderbilt University and received his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
