Clifton Mosteller
Prior to co-founding MCP, Clifton practiced corporate and financial services law with Burr Forman, a regional law firm in Birmingham, AL. His law practice included involvement with transactions and business turn-arounds. Clifton earned his J.D. from the University Of Alabama School Of Law, and received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi.
Max Bruckmann
Prior to co-founding MCP, Max worked with IPC Capital Partners, a boutique private equity firm located in Mobile, AL. Prior to that, Max worked in commercial real estate with Cushman & Wakefield in Washington, DC, working in both the investment and brokerage sides of the business. Max received his M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Vanderbilt University and received his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
Combining their legal, financial and business expertise, Clifton and Max have jointly taken active roles in the acquisition, expansion, and oversight of operations for each MCP venture. Recent ventures include the acquisition of a lumber processing and exporting business, the acquisition and integration of three separate industrial service businesses operating in over 30 states with over 400 employees, commercial and residential real estate investments, a medical device start-up, acquisition and restructuring of under-performing debt, and issuance of loans.
